“Ban The Jab” proposed resolution vote Tuesday evening

LEE COUNTY

WINK News is hearing from the man who wrote the resolution asking Florida lawmakers to ban the Covid-19 vaccine in the state.

The full resolution is officially in writing. While short and to the point, the resolution calls the vaccine a biological and technological weapon in the first sentence.

Doctor Joe Sansone, the man who wrote the resolution, is a licensed psycho-therapist and belives in absolutes.

“The Lee County Republican Party is going to be on the vanguard of this campaign to stop the genocide because we have foreign non-governmental entities that are unleashing biological weapons on the American people,” Sansone said.

Although, are there bountiful absolutes in medicine?

“If you got this shot, you go home and hug your pregnant wife, she can have a miscarriage through skin contact,” Sansone said.

Observing the details, one can’t help but notice using the term ‘can.’ Sansone is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Republican Part of Lee County.

WINK News asked Sansone if the Covid-19 vaccine, and any mRNA vaccine, a bio weapon?

“The injections meet both the definition the legal definition in the state of Florida as a bio weapon,” Sansone responded.

Sansone wants Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to take action.

“So here’s the resolution. It’s called the “Ban The Jab” resolution, where as strong and credible evidence exists that Covid-19 and Covid-19 injections are biological and technological weapons,” Sansone said.

The “Ban The Jab” resolution demands DeSantis to ban the sale and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine in Florida.

“Coerced injections, masks and lockdowns, violations of Nuremberg Code and the Ninth Amendment, and they’re for crimes against humanity,” Sansone said.

While Sansone firmly believes what he’s saying, there is no evidence to support the truth about the claims.

As for the supporting argument regarding the Nuremberg Code, that is a set of ethical research standards which was introduced before WWII and perfected after it. For nearly a century, it set the tone and the law for how human experimentation would  be conducted. But the ninth amendment, which as added in the Bill of Rights, basically says if there’s anything in the constitution that we missed, the people have the power, no the government.

“Governor DeSantis, you need to take these off the market immediately,” Sansone said. “There are biological weapons, the Attorney General must immediately seize these vials immediately.”

The Lee County Republican Executive Committee has anywhere from 350 to 380 members. WINK News made it clear on Monday that Sansone’s opinion is not representative of every single Republican in Lee County.

The vote on the proposed resolution will take place Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

If it passes, the plan is to send it to DeSantis.
