IMMOKALEE
A big event Saturday night in Naples was put together to help kids in Southwest Florida.
The Immokalee Foundation’s Classic Charity Gala, sponsored by Gulfshore Life, begins at 6 p.m. on Saturday night.
The gala benefits Students of Immokalee Foundation who might not otherwise have the opportunity to pursue their dreams.

WINK News spoke with Liliana Salazar and Kevin Luis-Hernandez, from the Student of Immokalee Foundation to get some insight.
“My family my friends are Immokalee foundation staff and most of my friends are Immokalee foundation and they are the biggest supporters I have,” Salazar said.
“We are repping Immokalee and my dream is to become an attorney and tonight this is an opportunity to show you what Immokalee foundation is all about,” Luis-Hernandez said.
The gala began Friday evening and everyone is having a great time. The atmosphere is full of excitement and celebration, knowing everyone is taking part in something to help the community.
