High temperatures will return to the mid to lower 80s under partly cloudy skies. Winds will remain out of the south and climb up to fifteen miles per hour in the afternoon, occasionally gusting into the twenties. Boaters will experience another day of light chop in our bays with one to two-foot Gulf wave heights.
Stray showers are in Friday’s forecast. These will be short-lived and form sporadically across the region throughout the afternoon and overnight hours. Most of us will miss out on the rain entirely. Saturday will be cooler and drier ahead of increasing heat and rain chances on Sunday.
