NORTH FORT MYERS
A North Fort Myers man has been indicted on charges for allegedly brandishing a gun in a crowded bar.
Terrance Paul Snow, 22, faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The incident happened in a New Port Richey bar.
According to the press release, Snow pulled a black revolver out of his waistband and pointed it at the patrons.
At the time of the incident, Snow was serving a 5-year probation related to a prior federal felony conviction, which means he is prohibited from possessing a firearm.
